Responsibilities :
- Prep ingredients before meal service.
- Carefully prepare food according to menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness of all back of the house area and ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean before and after use.
- Follows recipes and works quickly to keep up with the pace of the events and team.
- Follow regulatory requirements for the proper handling and storage of food.
- Responsible for the set-up, cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the work area before, during and after every shift.
- Work in a team environment using excellent communication skills with kitchen staff and management.
