What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Vineyards Country Club?
- Clean and maintain all common areas, and restrooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to any special requests from members and guests.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, polishing and laundry.
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a housekeeper, preferably in a hotel or country club environment.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
- High school degree or equivalent.
