- Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide information about club amenities, events, and services.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests efficiently.
- Assist with coordinating transportation, dining, and event bookings.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless service.
- Address member concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
- Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems is a plus.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
