">Compensation: The salary for this position is $20.00/hour, with opportunities for bonuses. We also offer a New Hire Sign On Bonus of $3000, paid out in three installments: $1000 upon completion of 30 days, $1000 upon completion of 6 months, and $1000 upon completion of 12 months.
Work Schedule: This position requires a schedule of Sun-Wed, 10 pm-8 am, providing the opportunity for a stable and predictable work environment.
About the Role: As an ACCS Awake Overnight Residential Counselor, you will work closely with residents to develop personalized plans that promote independence and self-advocacy. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive living environment, which may include administering medication and completing documentation.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience working with individuals with mental health needs is preferred.
