What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paid Intern position at Vinfen?
Vinfen offers a variety of opportunities throughout the year in our Psychiatric Rehabiliation Division. Internships within our Psychiatric Rehab Division offer experiential learning opportunities by working alongside teams that provide community based services to individuals with mental health conditions and behavioral health needs.
Internship duties vary greatly by position but include opportunities to explore and get experience with human services, social work and understanding the practical day-to-day life of our mental health professionals.

Internship Requirements Include The Following
- Earning college credit and working towards a collegiate degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with virtual conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to attend and complete in-person meetings and responsibilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Cultural sensitivity and compassion
- Reliability, flexibility, and a desire to learn
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Must be willing to sign and follow the terms of a non-disclosure agreement
