Vinfen is seeking an experienced Specialized Recruiter to join our busy HR team based out of Vinfen's corporate office in Cambridge.
Schedule: Mon - Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: $68,000/ yr
This Specialized Recruiter will focus on the sourcing, screening, and on-boarding of nurses and other licensed professionals including social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other LPHAs. Activities and responsibilities will include placing advertisements, organizing job fairs and campaigns, screening applicants, and seeing candidates through the selection and on-boarding process. This recruiter must possess a professional, positive demeanor and be readily able to reach out to hiring managers to assess open positions and candidates. Additionally, this person must be innovative, task-oriented, and determined in developing techniques and activities that attract talent to the organization. Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years experience as a recruiter in a medical or human services setting
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system such as ADP Virtual Edge or Recruiting Management
- Extensive sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, specialized industry-specific forums
- Experience organizing professional job fairs and career events; event planning talent and drive
- Experience and understanding of strategic, targeted recruiting activities by industry/specialty
- Proven ability to design campaigns and partner to produce advertising/media materials to support recruiting efforts
- An outgoing, polished, and professional demeanor and ability to communicate in such a manner with internal stakeholders and candidates
