Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant with expertise in data conversion and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in areas like Financials, HCM, or SCM. This role will focus on data migration, data transformation, and creating robust reporting solutions, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency across the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) for clients across various industries.
Analyze client requirements and design SAP RAR solutions that align with their business needs and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
Configure and maintain the SAP RAR module, ensuring proper integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.).
Perform detailed gap analysis and provide solutions for the effective setup of SAP RAR, including handling multi-element arrangements, performance obligations, and revenue recognition schedules.
Provide expert-level guidance on SAP RAR functionality, workflows, and best practices.
Assist in the testing and validation of RAR configuration to ensure that the revenue recognition processes are working accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to ensure a seamless deployment of SAP RAR.
Provide training and support to end users on the RAR module.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for the SAP RAR system.
Stay updated on changes to revenue recognition standards and SAP RAR features, ensuring compliance with legal and financial reporting standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience with SAP RAR implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15).
Familiarity with integration of SAP RAR with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.).
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Experience with business processes in the finance, accounting, and/or sales areas is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Skills:
1. SAP Certified in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (or related certification).
