Job description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prep all cold and hot food items following our high-quality food standard
- Oversee food level and restock items on time
- Prepare ingredients following recipes and guidelines
- Greet and seat customers
- Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
- Make Menu item recommendations
- Must be able to work and communicate in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all orders are filled quickly and accurately
- Must be available to work some nights and weekends
- Follow proper knife safety procedures
- Operate oven and hot prep equipment, ensure proper time/temp of all hot and cooked foods
- Perform some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area
- Set up and break down oven station, maintain clean and organized hot prep zone and equipment
Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous restaurant or deli experience is a must.
· Joyful, outgoing, guest-centric individuals who have a passion for Great Food and great Hospitality served with care and consistency
· Team players with a strong ethic and dedication to the hospitality craft
· Responsible and timely, willing to take direction
· Experience in Restaurant experience
· Ability to read and speak English
· Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift
· Strong attention to detail
· Dependable and punctual
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
