The internship program at Vinson & Elkins complements a student’s academic program through real world on-the-job experiences in a variety of areas within our Firm and allows students to have a meaningful learning experience.

Qualifications
- To be considered for V&E’s Student Intern program applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Current college student in good standing;
- A high school graduate who has been accepted into college beginning in the fall semester following his or her high school graduation;
- A college graduate as of May of the current student intern program year.
- Student interns must work a minimum of six weeks.
- Students interns are required to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm each day.
- Student interns must have a demonstrated interest of working in a law firm setting.
