100% Remote Role - AWS Architect with GovCloud

Job Summary

We are urgently seeking an experienced AWS Architect with expertise in GoV Cloud FedRAMP to join our team. This position will involve designing landing zones on AWS, configuring AWS GoV Cloud services, and leveraging Databricks for data engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS security compliance and experience with FedRAMP ITAR requirements. This is a 100% telecommute position.

Skills

• AWS Architecture: Extensive experience in designing and architecting solutions on AWS, with specific exposure to GoV Cloud FedRAMP.
• AWS GoV Cloud Services: Experience in setting up AWS GoV Cloud services such as VPC, EC2, IAM, and S3.
• Databricks Configuration: Proficient in configuring Databricks workspaces and clusters.
• Data Engineering: Strong background in data engineering using Databricks.
• Security Compliance: Knowledge of AWS security compliance requirements, specifically FedRAMP and ITAR.

Job Duties

• Landing Zone Design: Design and implement landing zones on AWS, ensuring a secure and scalable foundation for cloud operations.
• AWS GoV Cloud Setup: Set up and configure AWS GoV Cloud services, including VPC, EC2, IAM, and S3, in compliance with FedRAMP standards.
• Databricks Configuration: Configure and optimize Databricks workspaces and clusters for efficient data engineering workflows.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the architecture adheres to FedRAMP, ITAR, and other relevant security and compliance standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and other teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
