About The Role
- Deploy TDE across all non-Cardinal databases to ensure encryption at rest.
- Configure and maintain TDE settings, keys, and certificates in line with security policies.
- Ensure minimal disruption during the encryption process while maintaining system availability.
- Implement and enforce best practices for database administration, focusing on performance, security, and availability.
- Optimize database performance through efficient configuration, monitoring, and tuning.
- Maintain database security by managing access controls, auditing, and monitoring for suspicious activity.
- Address and resolve audit findings related to database security and operations, specifically those raised in audits.
- Assist in creating and updating documentation to ensure continuous compliance with audit standards.
