Virginia State Police Is Seeking a Support Analyst To Assist Agency Personnel In Their Interaction With The Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA). The Successful Candidate Will
- Assist agency personnel in problem resolution by ensuring that VITA support tickets are routed correctly and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist with researching and communicating technical information between the agency personnel and the VITA resources working the problem tickets.
- Assist with escalating highly impactful tickets with the VITA help desk.
- User identity management
- End user devices such as PCs or printers
- Network issues at agency locations
