The Software Developer 3 will be responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. They will also be involved in testing and evaluating new programs while working closely with other developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts.

Developing software solutions by analyzing user information needs, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. The candidate will investigate problem areas, propose solutions, and design system specifications, standards, and programming. This role will require hands-on experience programming applications in Salesforce. The developer will participate in completing deliverables according to the Agile methodology (Scrum) and will be expected to document solutions, resolve problems, design and develop solutions, and participate in solution delivery and team communication. Additionally, the role will involve supporting applications in multiple environments, including coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting. On-call support may be required as needed.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum experience and skill requirements:
The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum experience and skill requirements:
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce, including writing Apex programming, creating Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. Knowledge of implementing no-code solutions such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules is required.
- 8 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, change control, and version management. The candidate should be proficient in assessing Salesforce.com architecture and delivering secure, high-performance solutions on the Force.com platform.
- 8 years of experience with all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce program, including Classic to Lightning upgrades, data migrations, system integrations, third-party application integration, and custom development.
- 8 years of experience implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth to integrate third-party applications. Familiarity with core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) is essential.
- 8 years of experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs. Proficiency in Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within Salesforce is necessary.
- 1 year (preferred) of experience with DevOps technologies, such as CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment tools (e.g., Flosum, Git).
- 1 year (preferred) of experience creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
- 1 year (preferred) of experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
