SAP BPC/SAC Practice Lead

Job Title: SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) / SAP Account Reconciliation (SAC) Practice Lead

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BPC/SAC Practice Lead to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of robust financial planning and consolidation solutions using SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and/or SAP Account Reconciliation (SAC) across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams involved in BPC/SAC implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for BPC/SAC initiatives.
• Develop and maintain best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for implementing and optimizing SAP BPC/SAC solutions across the organization.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on process improvements, problem-solving, and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project status and results to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall business goals.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading SAP BPC/SAC implementations and support activities within large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BPC/SAC solutions, including planning processes, consolidation techniques, and data integration methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and departments.
• Advanced skills in project management methodologies such as AGILE or PRINCE2.
• Certified SAP BPC or SAC professional is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large, complex organizations with multiple entities, legal entities, or subsidiaries.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) systems and their integration with BPC/SAC solutions.
• Advanced skills in scripting languages such as ABAP or T-SQL for data manipulation and integration purposes.
• Experience with SAP Data Services, SAP Data Hub, or similar data preparation tools.
