Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for leading cloud hosted SaaS projects and business change management that focus on leveraging modern technology to improve public safety and Virginia State Police (VSP) customer services statewide. Most projects have a high degree of complexity. In addition, the incumbent will:

- Coordinate changes to network infrastructures in partnership with technical staff.
- Coordinate the deployment of equipment used by SaaS applications.
- Prepare reports for VSP and VITA management.
