- Customer Service & Banking Operations:
- Assist customers with teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Open new bank accounts and provide guidance on banking products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of financial regulations and banking policies to ensure compliance.
- Office Management & Administrative Support:
- Order and maintain office supplies and banking materials.
- Prepare the office and meeting spaces for board meetings and other executive gatherings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and maintains a professional atmosphere.
