Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Photographer/Videographer (Content Creator) to join Vintage (Formerly Vintage Broncos) , where we are building the world's most desirable vintage car brand. In this creative and strategic role, you will be responsible for capturing the beauty, power, and craftsmanship of our vehicles through compelling visual content that drives sales and brand desire. You will shoot dynamic rolling footage, detailed vehicle photography, and create engaging content that converts our millions of social media followers into customers. This position transcends traditional content creation—it is a key revenue-generating role that showcases our vehicles in ways that inspire passion and purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots of our vehicles, including studio sessions, off-road environments, and dynamic rolling shots
• Create compelling vertical format content for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms where we maintain millions of followers
• Produce horizontal long-form video content that highlights vehicle features and craftsmanship in ways that drive purchase decisions
• Capture the detail, craftsmanship, and unique features of our Broncos through creative photography that tells our brand story
• Edit photos and videos to professional standards using industry-standard software
• Write engaging copy that converts viewers into customers
• Operate drone equipment to capture aerial footage and photography that showcases our vehicles in breathtaking environments
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content directly tied to sales objectives
• Manage a content calendar and deliver assets on deadline
• Track engagement metrics and adapt content strategy to maximize conversion
• Develop innovative ways to showcase vehicle features that differentiate Vintage from competitors
• Create content that supports the premium pricing strategy of our exclusive vehicles

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional photography and videography experience
• Proven experience in automotive photography and videography that drives consumer desire
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling ability and technical competence
• Ownership of professional-grade camera equipment, lenses, and accessories
• Proficiency with drone photography and videography (FAA Part 107 certification preferred)
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Experience creating content that converts social media engagement to sales
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
• Excellent copywriting skills that evoke emotion and drive action
• Physical ability to handle equipment and work in various environments and weather conditions

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Digital Media, or related field
• Experience with luxury automotive brands or high-end vintage products
• Demonstrated history of content creation that directly influenced sales
• Understanding of what makes vintage vehicles desirable to collectors and enthusiasts
• Experience shooting in challenging outdoor environments
• Deep knowledge of social media algorithms and content optimization for maximum reach and engagement
• Experience managing and growing social media accounts with large follower bases
• Light fabrication/rigging skills for camera mounting and creative shots
• Experience directing talent and coordinating shoots that convey luxury and exclusivity

Working Conditions

• Studio and field work in various environments and weather conditions
• Travel to shooting locations, events, and off-road settings
• Flexible schedule based on lighting conditions and production needs
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, carrying equipment, and working in various positions to capture the perfect shot

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
