Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the branding and marketing sectors.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (email, phone, social media, networking events).
- Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch our services and understand client needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance service offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and market feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, internship or a similar role within the branding or marketing industry.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
