Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to manage various administrative, customer service, and operational tasks. This role will involve managing lead tracking, payment records, inventory, and assisting with marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, qualify leads, answer FAQs, and book appointments.
- Manage and update Lead Tracking Spreadsheet and Payment Records.
- Conduct daily and weekly rounds (manual calls, follow-ups, office opening/closing).
- Post on social media, submit print ads, and manage Vintage Daylight Email Inbox.
- Create and update reports within our software
- Support field technicians with estimates, discounts, and job closings.
- Assist in creating CSR training manuals.
- Manage customer complaints, field questions, and resolve issues effectively.
- Oversee inventory orders, revisions, and weekly tracking.
- Ensure accurate sales tax records and submit necessary reports.
- Assist in marketing strategy and calendar planning (web promotions, blogs, and more).
- Handle deposits, approve time-off requests, and submit RMAs.
- Maintain and update Solatube Tech Reference Notebook, waivers, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the team, including managing the calendar of tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles or operations coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and creating promotional materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
