Job Description:
Reporting to: General Manager/Owners
We are seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator Intern to assist in the planning and execution of weddings and special events. This hands-on internship is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in event planning, hospitality, and venue coordination. The intern will work closely with our Event Coordination team to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including décor, layout, and vendor coordination.
- Help care for the property before and after scheduled events.
- Support client communication by helping with emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Attend 60-day and 30-day out meetings with clients to review event details.
- Assist in maintaining detailed timelines and floor plans for events.
- Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, DJs, and rental companies.
- Provide on-site support during weddings and events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests.
- Help track event supplies, décor rentals, and inventory.
- Other administrative and event-related tasks as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Passion for event planning, weddings, and hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs and assist with event setup.
