We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Rep to expand our sales and operations in Fort Worth/Lakeside. You will report directly to the General Manager and be supported by a staff of operations professionals. General Accountabilities
- Develop relationships with builders and designers to ensure Vintage Floors is the partner of choice for their projects.
- Sell direct to homeowners out of our retail showroom.
- Manage the sales process as part of the VF Account Management Team
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality, availability, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay current with market trends and provide insights to the General Manager
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through expert knowledge product offerings and exceptional service.
- 2 years experience in inside sales, showroom, home improvement sales, or account management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Track record of achievement
- Ability to think critically, solve problems efficiently and work independently.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Curious personality and ability to quickly learn new information
