This role is essential for identifying locations and securing funding for affordable senior housing developments, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with funding and development standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure funding for senior housing projects, including preparing and submitting complex funding applications.
- Review development contracts, agreements, and funding requests.
- Monitor construction projects, ensuring compliance through to closeout.
- Collaborate with Accounting on construction draw requests and audits.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and attend site inspections and board meetings.
- Cultivate relationships with funding sources and community groups.
- Ensure adherence to all CHDO activities, compliance standards, and agency policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
- Experience: Knowledge in contract review, compliance, project management, and housing budgets. Preferred familiarity with low-income housing tax credits, Affordable Housing Program, and Home Investment Partnerships Program.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
- Certifications: Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with travel to construction sites and community locations. Physical demands include frequent movement, occasional bending, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
