What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep/Kitchen Assistant position at Vintner's Table?
Duties will include:
- Prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
- Cooking meals.
- Checking ingredients for freshness and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
- You will also oversee ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
Please Note: Within this location, there is no fryer, grill, or vent! Cold prepared food, building charcuterie boards, prepping meat and cheeses, flatbreads, etc.
- You will need thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
- Prior experience in a related position is an advantage.
