- Learn and manage inventory, including picking, checking, counting, and receiving shipments
- Drive assigned routes safely and in a timely manner, ensuring accurate deliveries
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Participate in monthly overnight trips to outlying territories (required; shared among drivers)
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including safety and vehicle maintenance
- Must be at least 21 years old (required) and have a valid Texas Driving License
- Prior warehouse and driving experience preferred
- Must pass a drug test and have a fairly clean driving record
- Comfortable with long shifts (up to 16 hours as needed)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to regularly lift packages up to 50lbs
- $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience)
- Per diem and accommodations provided for overnight trips
