Pest Control Utility Technicians

Vinx Pest Control is growing, and we’re looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Utility Technicians to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is technically sound and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty—working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spots to perform termite treatments, attic insulation, and exclusion work. What You’ll Do:

• Handle termite treatments, attic insulation, and exclusion work, along with specialized jobs like termite installs and attic insulation projects.
• Perform boots-on-the-ground pest control services, ensuring thorough and effective treatments.
• Explain services to customers and provide education on pest control solutions.
• Navigate and work in tight spaces, attics, and crawl spaces for extended periods.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete scheduled services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in pest control, construction, HVAC, or similar hands-on work is strongly preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and physically demanding environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and interact with customers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor daily.
• This position is subject to a background check and drug screening.
