The Graphics Production Technician is responsible for various tasks related to the production and handling of vinyl graphics, banners, signs, and other products offered by Vinyl Images. Primary responsibilities include operating the Flatbed Router, weeding, masking, cutting, rolling, boxing, installing, and shipping. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Compensation:$16 - $18 hourly

- Execute a range of production tasks, including weeding, masking, cutting, rolling, welding, boxing, installing, and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support productivity.
- Provide cross-functional support to print, production, and installation departments as needed.
- Consistently follow all safety protocols and best practices.
- Receive and respond to constructive feedback with a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
- Participate in company meetings and team discussions as required.
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn and utilize both hardware and software essential to production operations.

Qualifications:
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate computer software programs.

- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Omega (not required).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and apply new methods, tools, and technologies relevant to production operations.
- Familiarity or willingness to train on department-specific equipment such as printers, laminators, and plotters.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for materials, substrates, and other supplies.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
