We are seeking a full time or part time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. The individual filling this position will be experienced in a broad range of non-surgical treatments including but not limited to a variety of botulinum toxin injectables and dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, and other medical preventive and maintenance beauty services. Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner may also provide consultative wellness services such as Hormone Replacement Therapy, IV Hydration, and Semaglutide Therapy for regulating and maintaining homeostasis while promoting weight loss.
Required Education, Experience & Licensure
Holds a current Florida License as Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant with a minimum of 1 year experience in a medical spa environment providing medical grade aesthetic injections and fillers.
Preferred Qualifications
The above required education & licensure plus 2 or more years experience in a medical spa environment providing aesthetic injections, fillers, and other services.
Required experience in local/regional med spa with community relationships and/or dedicated clientele.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Stellar Customer Experience
- Stays current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards to ensure the highest level of guest experience.
- Customizes services, treatments, and wellness plans to each guest’s needs and life-changing aspirations. Manages guest expectations with sound, practical guidance focused on their best interests.
- Engages clients/guests in-person, by phone, and all other communication channels.
- Consistently achieves exceptional outcomes as demonstrated by return bookings and long-term guest relationships.
- Manages client concerns and complaints through direct customer service and problem resolution. Escalates issues to Spa Manager when necessary.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with all HIPAA regulations and confirms all documentation is up to date in guest records.
- Maintains accurate and complete guest records, ensuring all guest interactions including but not limited to services and treatments, products, treatment plans, and SOAP notes are entered into the POS system.
- Reports complaints, injuries, adverse product reactions, and all other guest-related issues according to established OSHA and/or spa procedures.
- Is the subject matter expert on medical grade treatments, services, equipment, and product ingredients, uses and limitations.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
