Aesthetic Injection Specialist - NP or PA

As the Austin area developers for VIO Med Spa we continue to pursue additional locations in and around the city. With over 56 open locations nationwide, we want you to be a part of the largest medical spa franchise in the US.

We are offering a $5000 sign on bonus for joining our team. We have outlined the specifics of our job description below.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking an experienced Aesthetic NP or PA Injector with a passion for non-surgical facial rejuvenation. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.

The ideal candidate will have certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, along with experience with neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin, as well as dermal fillers like Juvéderm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra. Candidates should possess a Texas board license and demonstrate a strong background in customer service and patient care.

As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for performing guest assessments, developing treatment plans, providing aesthetic injections and treatments in an elevated boutique medical spa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics, driven to be the most knowledgeable and possess technically advanced skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain guest medical history and conduct GFE
• Perform clinical assessments
• Develop customized treatment plans and set goals
• Administer neurotoxin injections, dermal filler injections, Morpheus8 and Lumecca IPL treatments, PRP treatments and microneedling
• Address guest questions and concerns
• Train and educate additional NP/PA/RN injectors
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendor reps
• Lead the team and collaborate with Estheticians, Body Care Providers, Medical Director and Spa Manager
• Perform inventory counts and assist with ordering and organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Team oriented, passionate about aesthetics
• Ability to listen and make recommendations to address guest goals
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic artistry
• 1 years injecting experience preferred
• Valid Texas Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Dermatology, Medical Spa and/or Plastic Surgery experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in various medical spa services, products, and skin care best practices
• Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed
• Full-time and Part-time available

PAY:

· $45/hr - $75/hr (based on experience and licensure)

· Aesthetic Injections: 1 years preferred

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
