Position Title : Master Esthetician
Department : Esthetic Services
Reports to : Owner / Franchisee / Spa Manager
Coordinate Positions : Estheticians work closely with a Collaborating Physician, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, Body Contour Specialist, Guest Experience Specialists and Spa Manager
Subordinate Positions : none
Position Summary (Purpose) : The Master Esthetician may administer professional facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, OxyGeneo treatments, laser treatments, exfoliation treatments and microdermabrasion. The Master Esthetician may provide other spa service recommendations, as well as assist in development and growth of spa sales. Preferred medical spa and laser experience. Must be customer focused and sales driven.

- Comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plan
