Guest Experience & Sales Consultant
This role will require a highly motivated sales person with strong communication skills and the ability to build value, develop trust, and overcome objectives with creative, smart solutions in any sales situation, whether it is over the phone, in person, or via email.
In this position you will be:
-Interacting with potential and existing guests in a manner that optimizes our vision of excellent customer service while solving customer service concerns and facilitating sales.
-Receiving and following through with incoming calls and emails from first point of contact to resolution.
-Assisting with various sales and marketing activities, cross train with other team members to become proficient at all levels of sales and service process.
-Initiating and/or assisting with any task, office duty, or project necessary to maintain a highly functioning, fast paced cosmetic medical office.
-Following up with previous potential guests to renew their interest through self-created innovative, impactful, and customized marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
-Computer Savvy: proficient with computers and contemporary software applications (Office Suite, Excel, Outlook etc), quick to master new software, Aesthetic Record experience a plus!
-Compelling interpersonal communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate, trust and rapport-building.
-Ability to articulate verbal and written communication in a compelling, creative and professional manner.
-Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols associated with our sales process and computer system.
-Ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, ability to work with poise under stressful, fast-paced conditions.
-Organizational, multitasking, prioritizing, time management and follow up skills, detail oriented, high level of accuracy.
-Experience working in a dynamic small company environment where the only true job descriptions: do whatever the company and customer needs today!
