Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager - Oil Change Specialist to join our team at Ivy Lane Corp, a leading provider of oil change services. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation and oversight of our service center, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the service center
- Responsible for inventory, labor management, and financial performance of the service center
- Become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures
- Help maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment
- Provide superior customer service leadership
Requirements:
- Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices
- Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred
