A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIT SPECIALIST / SALES ASSOCIATE
As a Vionic Retail Sales Associate, you provide a service that has been the cornerstone of our stores for the past 74 years.
You communicate with customers in a positive, engaging, and authentic manner to develop relationships and build loyalty.
With a personalized approach, you measure feet, suggest footwear styles, and help customers try on Vionic shoes until they find the perfect pair.
You share information about store events, new merchandise, and shoe parties as well as enroll customers in our rewards program.
Your expert shoe knowledge and customer service skills help you to meet and exceed sales goals. You love meeting new people each day and seeing your hard work reflected in your paycheck!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIT SPECIALIST / SALES ASSOCIATE
- Sales ability- retail sales experience is helpful but not required, we can teach you!
- Ability to use a point-of-sale system
- Outgoing personality
Experience in sales, retail, or customer service would be a plus. Do you love shoes? Can you easily establish a good rapport with people?

WORK SCHEDULE
We are looking for an amazing retail sales associate to work 2 pm-7pm and weekend hours as needed, 20-30 hours per week .
Our store closes at 7 pm on weekdays, 6 pm on Saturdays, and 5 pm on Sundays. Our stores are closed on all major Holidays.
