Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Role : Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment, focusing on quality care and patient experience.

Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose patients
Oversee primary care administration
Prescribe treatments
Maintain electronic medical records
Collaborate to meet health quality goals
Manage care teams

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. Graduate

Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine

Active State and DEA licenses
