Automotive Service Cashier

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, including Saturdays
- Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You'll Do
As a Service Cashier, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience for our service customers. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately process customer payments (cash, check, credit card) and provide receipts.
- Reconcile customer invoices and close out open repair orders.
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain and organize repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms, and other documents.
- Support the service and parts departments with phone coverage and clerical tasks.
- Stay informed on our products, services, and pricing updates.
- Keep your work area and appearance clean and professional at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
