What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Associate position at VIP BRIDAL Showroom?
VIP Bridal Showroom in Florence, SC is looking for seasonal associates to join our team! We are located on 1826 Sally Hill Farms Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, outgoing, and is able to make a genuine connection with people. This position is available from January through May, and the candidate will work three (3) days weekly; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are looking to expand our team to help navigate through our busiest time of the year, prom season! The ideal candidate will have to be friendly and patient, as well as able to help the customer make the best decision for them!
Responsibilities
- Sell merchandise (prom dresses, bridal gowns, accessories, etc)
- Help gather dresses for try-on
- Prepare fitting room for appointments
- Keep appointments within the time frame allotted
- Help suggest looks and styles that the customer may like
- Be attentive to the customer's wants and needs
- Clean the fitting rooms and store after appointments
- Make sure that everyone involved in the appointment feels welcome
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Have a great, outgoing personality
- Sales and/or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- No previous experience in the bridal industry is required
