Warehouse Lead/Forklift Operator

We are seeking a Working Warehouse Lead to join our team and oversee daily warehouse operations and assist the supervisor with daily task. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and warehouse management and forklift operation, with a focus on process improvement and inventory management.

Duties:

-Support Warehouse Supervisor in assigning work.

-In charge of operation when Supervisor is out of the building
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily activities.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving processes.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits
- Utilize warehouse management systems for efficient operations
- Will load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments using forklifts and reach trucks
- Will assist in training new staff and report any issues with upper management

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management

-Experience operating forklifts AND reach trucks required
- Familiarity warehouse management systems
- Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in distribution is a plus

Location: Mansfield, MA

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Pay: $22-23 DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
