About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at VIP Hospitality Group LLC in The Dalles, OR. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
- Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit orders as needed
- Address guest complaints and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule team based on occupancy
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or janitorial supervisory role
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
