We are seeking engaging, talkative, courteous, and detail-oriented team members to advise and prepare passengers for screening through airport security and to exit the secured areas. The goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient process, easing the burden on the TSA checkpoint screening teams by preventing unnecessary additional screening.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Assist passengers in understanding security requirements and procedures.
- Facilitate an efficient screening process to minimize delays.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with passengers and staff.
- Support the TSA by ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Direct passengers through the checkpoint and exit areas efficiently.
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people from all backgrounds.
- Strong communication and service skills must be vocal, respectful, and engaging.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful environments.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift or carry heavy objects when required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays. The busiest days at our airport are Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays.
- Must be able to clear background checks and security clearances for SeaTac Airport.
- Experience in airport, customer service, or security-related fields.
- Multilingual or ASL skills are a plus.
- Morning Shift: 4:45 AM β 1:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:30 PM β 11:30 PM
- Morning Shift: 4:45 AM β 2:45 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:45 PM β 11:30 PM
Salary : $22
