We currently operate at some of the busiest airports in the US including here at JFK International Airport and also at Orlando, Sky Harbor, and Seattle-Tacoma airports as well.
About The Role
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will seek out opportunities to guide, support, and provide information to passengers, visitors, and airport employees through Terminal 4 and primarily at the airport checkpoints and international arrivals. For example, you may find yourself offering directions, giving wayfinding assistance, organizing queues, helping to order lines and redirect attention to the processes at hand, guiding small groups to faster alternatives, and reporting any facility or stakeholder issues to ensure a positive experience for all. When part of a small team, you may also be responsible for assigning tasks, giving feedback, and serving as a point of contact within your given area if leading.
What We Offer You
Selected applicants will start at a minimum of $21 per hour. All benefits-eligible team members may participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance options. All qualified team members will automatically be included in a matching 401(k) plan after 90 days unless opting out. Sick time and vacation paid time off accruals will also be available to team members based on individual qualifications. Parking pass eligibility with company coverage of all related payments are also available to qualifying team members. Work overnight and designated holidays are subject to differential and premium pay rates.
What Work Hours Are Available
Both full-time and part-time work is available. While we are always looking for skilled people persons who find themselves energized when engaging with the traveling public, there is currently a preference for those who wish to work overnight from between 8:00pm (20:00) to 8:00am (08:00). Shift work will be available based on operational needs and demands and is subject to vary.
Who Will Be Most Successful In This Role
Applicants must have a high school diploma or general equivalence and either one (1) year of customer service experience at a medium to large hub airport or two or more (2 ) years of customer service experience in another setting. Preferred qualifications include being bilingual or multilingual in languages commonly spoken in the region or used in business interactions with guests and stakeholders, such as Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, and French Creole.

To work you must provide necessary documentation to prove employment authorization, and for work specifically at an international airport, you will be required to provide necessary documentation and obtain clearance for an airport ID, passing any background check and drug screenings post-offer of employment.
