About The Role
- Wayfinders will, at key locations, identify the intended airline and need for baggage/ticketing and direct accordingly into the appropriate area of the airport. These efforts are intended to reduce congestion in ticketing and baggage drop areas as well as expedite and ease the passage of travelers prepared to fly out to terminal checkpoints during a busy summer accompanied by renovations and construction projects throughout the airport.
- Readily engage and interact with airport guests and passengers.
- Provide information to expedite their pre-security process by identifying needs and sending them to the nearest entrance to services required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a face-paced environment such as airports, events management, or hospitality.
- (PREFERRED) Basic knowledge of the airport of operation.
- (PREFERRED) Additional language skills related to those languages most spoken among regional households (Spanish, Chinese - various dialects, Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, Russian, Somali, Ukrainian, and Amharic, for example) and travelers (also Japanese, Hindi, and Punjabi, for example).
