With a mission to maximize the potential of individuals with disabilities, VIP collaborates with over 75 business leaders throughout Southern California and offers in-house contract packaging and assembly work as well as on-site labor solutions.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Job Coach at VIP, Inc. The Job Coach will be responsible for providing employment training, job placement, and support services to individuals with disabilities. Day-to-day tasks may include job coaching, interpersonal skills development, coaching sessions, communication with clients, and career counseling.
- Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in providing coaching and support
- Ability to develop personalized employment plans
- Strong understanding of disability rights and accommodations
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Salary : $18 - $25
