The ideal candidate is someone who will provide on-the-job support to our clients in Temecula and surrounding cities. What You'll Do
- Coach, assist, and support employees with disabilities in learning and excelling in their job functions.
- One-on-one coaching between the Job Coach and the Client at a separate employer site where the client has been hired at.
- Assess clients vocational strengths and training opportunities.
- Provide documentation of assessments and performance.
- Communicate progress with case managers and supervisor to ensure client success.
- Maintain a professional relationship between client(s) and the job site employer.
Who You Are
- Someone who is FLEXIBLE & with open availability. (preferred)
- Someone who is 21 years of age or older.
- Someone with a high school diploma or GED.
- Someone with reliable transportation.
- Someone who has previous experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or is eager to learn how to work with these individuals!

Salary Range
- $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
