- Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a professional appearance at all times.
- Support office management tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
