RESPONSIBLE FOR STAFFING AGENCY ATTENDANT NEEDS BY RECRUITING, HIRE, ORIENTS AND EVALUATES QUALIFIED ATTENDANT STAFF. PROVIDE ONGOING & INFORMAL FEEDBACK REGARDING PERFORMANCE. PROVIDES ORIENTATION TO ATTENDANT REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE LAWS AND REGULATORY BODY GUIDELINES, INCLUDING THE TIMELY AND SUBMISSION OF TIME SHEETS. RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAINING AND SUPERVISING ATTENDANTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPERATIONAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES OF THE AGENCY. SUPERVISE ATTENDANS IN JOB PERFORMANCE RELATED TO ATTENDANCE, CLOCKING IN AND OUT, DOCUMENTATION, REPORTING OF INCIDENTS AND INJURIES AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE REPONSIBILITIES. PERFORMS TIMELY REQUIERED SUPERVISORY VISITS RELATED TO DELIVERY OF CLIENT. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS WITHIN SERVICE AREA. THE JOB DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL THE DUTIES OF THE JOB.
