**Job Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and goals. 📋

- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing advanced techniques, including manual therapy, dry needling, and high-level exercise prescription. 💪

- Deliver hands-on patient care during extended sessions (60-90 minutes), allowing for in-depth interaction and meaningful progress.

- Effectively communicate with patients and their families, ensuring clarity about the rehabilitation process and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

- Operate autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment that emphasizes shared knowledge and expertise.

- Participate in mentoring opportunities within our concierge model to enhance both personal and team growth.

**Qualifications:**

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

- Valid licensure to practice in Maryland.

- Certifications in Manual Therapy and Dry Needling; Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification is preferred. 🏌
