We're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable tech support specialist to assist our clients with technical issues via TeamViewer.
Job Description: We are looking for a college student who is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and can provide exceptional remote support to our clients using TeamViewer. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to clients using TeamViewer to resolve installation and software-related issues.
- Assist clients with the setup and installation of VIP Shop Management software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software performance, connectivity, and user interface.
- Guide clients through the setup of various features, including invoicing, customer management, and reporting.
- Document support interactions and create guides or FAQs for future reference.
- Stay updated on new software releases and updates to assist clients with new features or fixes.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate unresolved technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably studying computer science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote support tools, specifically TeamViewer.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, concise, and friendly customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of VIP Shop Management software (or similar auto shop management software).
- Familiarity with common software troubleshooting methods and best practices.
- Previous experience in a tech support or helpdesk environment.
