Janitor for Warehouse

Irving or Coppell, TX

Pay : $18.00

Shift : 1st - 6am to 3 : 30pm M-F

While specific job descriptions may vary, typical responsibilities for this roles include :

Cleaning and Maintenance : Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, and both interior and exterior building maintenance.

Restroom Upkeep : Clean and restock bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and urinals.

Floor Care : Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and operating floor buffers; strip and wax floors as needed.

Carpet Cleaning : Vacuum and clean carpets to ensure a tidy appearance.

Surface Cleaning : Clean stainless steel and other special surfaces to maintain a polished look.

Break Room Maintenance : Clear and clean lunchrooms or kitchens, ensuring tables and surfaces are sanitized.

Window Washing : Clean windows to provide a clear and streak-free view.

Trash Management : Empty trash and recycling bins regularly to maintain cleanliness.

Building Access : Unlock and lock buildings at the beginning and end of the day as required.

Building Systems Operation : Operate building systems, such as turning lights on and off and setting thermostats.

Minor Maintenance Tasks : Perform minor maintenance work, including changing light bulbs and filters, replacing ceiling tiles, and conducting small repairs.

Outdoor Duties : Engage in outdoor work like cleaning walkways, litter pickup, mowing lawns, tending to landscape plantings, leaf cleanup, and snow removal.

Must have a clean background check.
