Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder to fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding and be able to read blueprints and schematics to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to fabricate and assemble components.
- Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Grind, cut, and shape metal parts to fit precise measurements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and improve welding processes.
