Pay : $21
Schedule : 8am-5pm
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team! This role is based in the dispatch office and involves managing fueling calls, initiating paperwork for all orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, as some customers communicate exclusively in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
Dispatch drivers and coordinate deliveries efficiently.
Handle fueling calls and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and manage paperwork for all incoming and outgoing orders.
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
Bilingual (English / Spanish) – Required.
Experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and resolve issues swiftly.
Proficiency in computer applications and dispatch software.
