Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Painter to enhance the appearance and durability of our equipment. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on industrial machinery components.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare surfaces of machinery components by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint to ensure proper adhesion of new coatings.
- Apply primers, paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve desired surface qualities.
- Mix and match paints to achieve specific colors and textures as required.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, making necessary touch-ups or corrections to meet company standards.
- Maintain painting equipment and work areas, ensuring tools are clean and in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
